Nasi Uduk with Salad
To break the fast I eat Nasi Uduk with salad, unlike usual Nasi Uduk that served with Lalapan and Sambal (Chili paste), this Nasi Uduk served with salad and mayonnaise and fried potatos, with peanut sauce and sliced omelet as addition.
Salad which I mean here is a western-style salad, although Lalapan also can be categorized as salad, more precisely Indonesian-style salad.
Nasi Uduk is steamed rice cooked with coconut milk and other seasoning, and Lalapan is raw vegetable salad served with Sambal (chili paste).
