The fruit is in my country named kelengkeng, or it could be shortened to Lengkeng, in English is called Longan, and in other countries this fruit has another name (you can look it up on google search). This fruit has a light brown color hard skin, to peel it you can use the tip of your fingernail to tear the skin that thin but hard, in inside you'll find white flesh fruit with a chewy texture and sweet taste, and in the middle you'll find the seeds of this fruit that round black and very hard, you can use these seeds as a substitute for marbles, or if you are fad, you can use it to tossed someone's head (not recommended). When I eat this fruit sometimes not aware if I almost spent all the contents of the basket, this fruit has a distinctive taste and I love it.
To break the fast I eat Nasi Uduk with salad, unlike usual Nasi Uduk that served with Lalapan and Sambal (Chili paste), this Nasi Uduk served with salad and mayonnaise and fried potatos, with peanut sauce and sliced omelet as addition. Salad which I mean here is a western-style salad, although Lalapan also can be categorized as salad, more precisely Indonesian-style salad. Nasi Uduk is steamed rice cooked with coconut milk and other seasoning, and Lalapan is raw vegetable salad served with Sambal (chili paste).
"Sari Roti" is the brand name of bread sold around with a cart around my house. The kind of the bread that I ate was "Roti Sobek" or torn bread, a loaf of bread that made up of several segments, each segment containing chocolate or cheese, and we just need to tear a piece when going to eat it. The price is Rp. 9,500 or approximately U.S. $ 1.12, consists of six segments, delicious and cheap.
