Combro

Combro means "Oncom in jero" which in English means "Oncom inside." This food is categorized as a snack eaten in tea time in Indonesia, made from grated cassava filled with spiced oncom and fried in cooking oil.
Oncom is the fermentation of soybean dregs left over from making tofu.
