Fried Carp

I eat this while attending a halal bihalal reunion party with my high school classmates at "Saung Talaga" restaurant, this dish is actually just one of many foods are served.
This carp fried in lots of cooking oil or also called deep fried, the fish halved and sliced ​​crosswise before being fried, eaten with warm rice, raw vegetables (lalapan) and chili paste (sambal), for refresher I drink coconut ice that served in the whole form of coconut fruit.
Saung Talaga restaurant is located at Jalan Raya Sawangan near Depok, West Java, this restaurant is a stilt houses over the lake where there are lots of fish, besides eating you can also ride a boat around the lake.
From Jakarta this restaurant located on the left the road, looking for "Saung Talaga" signs where there are rowing boat ornament, there are two entrances to the restaurant, the first entrance is located separately by the shops leading to the parking lot beside the restaurant, and a second entrance leading to the courtyard in the front of the restaurant, so do not be confused because all entrances leading to the same place.
This place is very convenient for dining with family or for a meeting with your friends.
